Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wind & Moon, each reading and product is prepared with deep intention, time, and energetic focus. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work.

1. Readings (Tarot & Intuitive Sessions)

Booking

All readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled time may be rescheduled once.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule one time if you provide 24+ hours’ notice.

  • If you miss the rescheduled appointment, the session is forfeited.

Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you miss your session or arrive too late to complete the reading, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Readings are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If for any reason I am unable to complete your reading, you will receive a full refund.

2. Digital Products (Guides, PDFs, Oracle Files, Ritual Notes)

All digital items are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned.

If you experience a download issue, contact us at info@windandmoon.com and we’ll resend the files.

3. Physical Products (Oracle Decks, Prints, Ritual Tools)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please email info@windandmoon.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’re happy to replace damaged items or issue store credit.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Replacements may be issued at our discretion.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened oracle decks

  • Used products

  • Items damaged after delivery

4. Custom Oracle Decks

Custom-designed decks are non-refundable, as they require time, creative development, and production.

If there is a printing or manufacturing error, we will work with you to correct it.

5. Late or Incorrect Information

If your reading is delayed or completed with limited clarity because optional client details (DOB, photo, etc.) were not submitted on time, the session is still considered completed and is non-refundable.

6. Unexpected Circumstances

If Wind & Moon needs to cancel your appointment due to emergency or illness:

  • You may reschedule, or

  • You may request a full refund
