Welcome to Wind & Moon. By booking a reading, purchasing an oracle, or using this website in any way, you agree to the terms below. Please read them with care.

1. Nature of Services

Wind & Moon offers intuitive tarot readings, spiritual guidance, ritual tools, and digital/physical products related to intuition, business clarity, and personal alignment.

All services are rooted in intuition, symbolic interpretation, and personal insight.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, legal guidance, or financial consulting.

Tarot and intuitive readings are meant to bring clarity, perspective, emotional grounding, and supportive guidance — not absolute predictions or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Client Information

To provide a more accurate and connected reading, I may ask for:

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Current State or Country

• A link to a recent photo

These details help me “tune in” and read your energy more clearly.
All of this is optional.
You choose what you’re comfortable sharing, and all information shared is kept private (see Section 6).

3. Booking & Payments

All readings must be booked and paid for in advance.

Once payment is received, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email

• Instructions on what to expect

• Details on optional information you may send to enhance the reading

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Because readings require energetic preparation and time, the following applies:

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before your reading may be rescheduled once.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Refunds

• Readings are non-refundable once delivered.

• If for any reason I am unable to complete your reading, you will receive a full refund.

Late or Missed Sessions

If you join late or miss your session, the time cannot be extended or refunded.

5. No Guarantees

Tarot and intuitive guidance offer insight, reflection, and clarity — not guarantees.

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Wind & Moon does not guarantee specific results in love, business, finances, career, or personal life.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

All information you share — including your name, DOB, photo, or personal details discussed during your reading — is kept confidential and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed.

Your information is used only for the purpose of preparing and delivering your reading.

Wind & Moon never stores payment information.

7. Eligibility

By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that:

• You are 18+ years old

• You are booking voluntarily

• You understand the intuitive and interpretive nature of spiritual readings

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including oracle cards, tarot spreads, written materials, rituals, and guidance, is the intellectual property of Wind & Moon.

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission.

9. Product Purchases

For oracle decks, custom decks, or other physical items:

• Orders cannot be modified once placed

• Shipping timelines may vary

• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of arrival with photos

• Digital products are non-refundable

10. Right to Refuse Service

Wind & Moon reserves the right to decline or refund any session at its discretion, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, inappropriate requests, or misaligned expectations.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services means you accept any updated terms.
